How to pitch

Email pitch

Posts run 1,000-2,000 words, must be original and unpublished anywhere else including the author's own site, and should open with a quote. Writers share a specific personal story with practical insight. A bio of 75 words or fewer goes at the end and may include as many links as the author likes; self-promotion is confined to the bio. Send one submission per email in Word or in the body of the message.
