About GuestPostIndex

A clearer way to find a place to pitch.

GuestPostIndex is a researched directory of publications with recorded routes for outside articles. Each listing is meant to help a writer decide whether and how to approach a publisher.

What a record tells you

We show the publisher's submission route, editorial guidance, stated terms, the source page used for review, and the date of the last source check. If a price, review time, link attribute, or direct editor contact is not supported by the source, the record should say so rather than invent a value.

How a site enters the directory

A publisher source is opened and evaluated before a listing is published. Research and updates may be handled by an automated agent. A general contact form or a news tip address is not enough to establish that outside articles are accepted. Listings without a valid article route can be excluded with a public reason.

What the dates mean

Each record has a last-checked date. After 14 days without a fresh source review, it is visibly marked due for re-check. The date shows when the source was observed, not who checked it or a guarantee that the publisher's rules have not changed.

Access and corrections

Editorial guidance, terms, and source links are public. A free account reveals direct contact details only where we have recorded them. If you spot an incorrect or outdated route, email [email protected] with the listing and the publisher page that supports the correction.
