How to pitch

Submission form

The site selectively accepts new contributors with a strong preference for senior-level practitioners. It wants original articles with unique, useful information on customer experience, digital experience, customer support, and contact centres — content a chief customer officer or VP of customer experience would find useful. How-to articles, actionable tips, and thought pieces bringing new ideas are welcome. Generic, broad-strokes content is explicitly not wanted: the guidance is to tell readers how something is happening and what to do about it, not just what is happening. Strong, opinionated takes that challenge conventional wisdom are also accepted. Apply through the contributor application form; the site says it may take up to two weeks to respond but will respond. Links are added for context and art is added at the editors' discretion.

Reviewer noteProduct pitches, company announcements, backlink plays, and generic content are explicitly not a fit. The site prefers senior practitioners with real experience, so thin thought-leadership submissions are unlikely to be accepted.
