The sweet spot is 800-1,200 words excluding a two-to-three sentence bio. Writers keep the original copyright and may reprint with the required attribution line and a live link back. Articles should give actionable advice to practicing lawyers, not legal-consumer content such as divorce, DUI, or accident pieces. No more than two self-links in the body; the bio carries personal and business links. The site states plainly that it does not sell backlinks.
